This study involves drafting preliminary projects for installing elevators in the four types of buildings in the Camps Blancs neighborhood. It includes approximate budgets for each of the 184 residential blocks, focusing on improving accessibility for buildings that currently lack elevators. The aim is to allow the construction of external elevator accesses in public spaces.
The study sets out urban and architectural conditions to ensure the projects integrate seamlessly with the urban landscape while allowing for legal installation of the elevators.
