Se llevan a cabo las tareas propias del perfil de arquitecto en el ámbito de una Oficina de Vivienda: cédulas de habitabilidad, soporte a las Comunidades de Propietarios/as en la rehabilitación de edificios o a las personas propietarias en la rehabilitación de viviendas, valoración de los expedientes de subvenciones de los Programas de Rehabilitación de la Agència de l’Habitatge de Catalunya (AHC), soporte a la Bolsa de viviendas de alquiler y otros programas que gestiona l’OCH.
