PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This building was to be demolished following a ruling from the TSJC because it was built on land designated for equipment. Its state of conservation posed a threat of collapse due to its poor condition and multiple issues. It contained 38 rental units, housing 105 people who had to be rehoused if they met the necessary criteria. The management team handles the comprehensive management (social support, legal advice, and maintenance control) of the “El Barco” building in Esplugues de Llobregat and provides assistance to the residents. The building has since been demolished, and the residents have been rehoused.
