This project aims to boost economic activity in ground-floor premises purchased by the City Council in various neighborhoods. The council has acquired 36 commercial properties for revitalizing local commercial, social, cultural, and economic activities. The deployment includes support for the projects that will occupy these spaces in a rental system, assisting with licensing procedures and renovation projects.
