PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The BPO program is a public policy designed to support and protect economically significant activities by providing affordable rental spaces for ground-floor businesses. It aims to activate and revitalize areas with low commercial activity at risk of decline.

In Ciutat Vella, the program involves mobilizing municipal-owned premises to cater to businesses that meet the neighborhood’s needs or develop commercial activities compatible with sustainable urban living. The management team advises tenants, liaises with Communities of neighbors where these properties are located, and provides technical, architectural, and renovation support for the municipal calls for tenders.
