PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This service involves performing the Technical Inspection (ITE) for 8 multifamily buildings (24 units each) in the San Ildefonso neighborhood of Cornellá, as well as issuing the Energy Efficiency Certificate, Preliminary Project, and Executive Project. It also includes work supervision and ongoing social support and mediation throughout the process.

The executive projects involve the rehabilitation of issues identified in the ITE, improving the energy efficiency of the buildings with the installation of photovoltaic panels, facade and roof insulation, and efficient cooling and heating systems. Accessibility improvements are also included, such as elevator installations and the construction of new balconies.

The architectural team works with a social mediation team that supports the Community of neighbors in holding meetings where the different steps for executing the works must be approved. The works are subsidized by the European Next Generation Fund and the Consorci Metropolità de l’Habitatge. The goal is to ensure that the non-subsidized costs of the works can be paid by the communities in affordable monthly installments ranging from €50 to €80 for a period of 12-13 years.
