PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In Constantí (Tarragona), we provide support in the rehabilitation process of 89 communities of neighbors (600 homes) initiated by the Constantí Town Hall and the Agència de l’Habitatge de Catalunya. The project is carried out in several stages over four years, starting with a diagnosis of the situation, support for the constitution of new communities, support for the functioning of existing communities, and assistance in decision-making. Mediation techniques are used to address the rehabilitation options for buildings with various severe issues.
