MEDIATION AND SUPPORT SERVICE FOR COMMUNITIES OF NEIGHBORS IN CAMPS BLANCS NEIGHBORHOOD

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The management team has held informational meetings and community board meetings to explain the elevator installation project and energy rehabilitation actions funded by Next Generation EU Funds in the 184 Communities of neighbors in the Camps Blancs neighborhood. A diagnosis of the different communities has been carried out, and non-legalized ones have been constituted. A total of 61 communities of neighbors have agreed to join the program.

The mediation team at Ètic Hàbitat is responsible for organizing meetings and boards, supporting decision-making, and mediating in case of conflicts. They also assist in finding financing for the non-subsidized part and ensure compliance with current regulations.
