In neighborhoods such as Santa Coloma de Gramanet, Badalona, Cornellà de Llobregat, and Hospitalet de Llobregat, we provide support to homeowners who qualify for subsidies covering 100% of rehabilitation costs. This support includes personal assistance for applying, document review, and helping meet eligibility criteria for the European Next Generation Funds.
