PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This service involves providing support to the architectural team in drafting the executive project for 10 multifamily buildings (127 homes) in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of Santa Coloma de Gramanet, as well as overseeing the construction works and ensuring quality control and compliance with health and safety standards.

The executive projects aim to rehabilitate issues identified in the ITE, improve the energy efficiency of the buildings through the installation of photovoltaic panels, facade and roof insulation, and efficient cooling and heating systems, and improve accessibility by installing elevators when possible.
